I'm facing low milk supply Tried Hi Lacta and zeera milk Supply was enough until I took Hi Lacta The day I stopped taking it, supply is almost finished and I have to give top feed to my baby. Is long term medication a solution? I'm was PCOS patient too. I really want to breastfeed my baby.
