swollen vagina, tight lower abdomen and pain in lower abdomen, cramping but no period. its 7 month after 2 delivery, no contraceptives

-have strict hygeine.
-balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Sitzbaths and olive oil massage.
-better to have high vaginal swab to check infection..
-if having foul smelling discharge, colored discharge better to have antibiotics after high vaginal swab collection.(tab doxycycline 100 mgs 12hrly and tab metronidazole 400mgs 8 hrly for 14 days).
-try to have daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have Recreational activities.
-better to have one check up with your surgeon may need transvaginal scan.
