salam mere right breast pe 2 weeks pehly red color ka dana ban gaya tha ... ab wo Kafi bara or hard sa lump ban gaya hai .. kbi kbi pain b ho raha hai or color b dark red ho gaya hai Jese Neel ban Jata hai hai .. pic attach ki hai.. kindly help me what is it.. is it normal or is something serious. thanks
