Talk to Gynecologist on Menstrual Cycle
Asking for Self, Female, 33 years old, Peshawer
Since last three months. My period length is extended til 8 to 9 days. In the beginning days and in the end of the periods, iam facing only one or two spots a day. What should I do to have shorter period length.

- Dear u should have Detailed Examination and investigations for proper treatment.
- Have complete treatment for any health issue u have .have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .
- daily walk ,yoga and Exercise .
- have less salt,Suger ,oil and spice in diet and plenty of water ,vegetables and fruits .
- u need to have ultrasound and blood tests ( insulin ,fsh and lh ,thyroid function test,prolectin, testosterone) on day 2 of periods .
- follow with reports .
