once in a blue moon cycle disturnance duznt mean tht u hv sum issue going on...it cud b due to ur psychiological, emotional issues tht v face as routine...i always say tht ur whole well being is all dependant upon ur hormones released and all the trigerring hormones r released by ur brain...so in my opinion stayong calm for 1 distributed cycle is ok...but if this continues then probe...
in the end i ll say tht u shud c ur OBG to make the pic more clearer...

But when i put my finger in there was obvious brown clot like thing. Also my body has been cold like chilly before periods
