Talk to Gynecologist on Menstruation

My baby was delivered on 30th December after that I got my periods after 2 months then monthly but since 2 months my periods go for 10 days. My date of June was 18 but in July I got on 8. In the early 2 days was spotting then normal bleeding for three days But now I have spotting yet. My periods are not stopping. Kindly guide me what to do or suggest me some medicine
