Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriage

She got married 2years ago and conceived immediately after but before pregnancy could be confirmed miscarriage happened. Exactly a year later she conceived naturally but since the start of her pregnancy she had pain in right leg and right side of the abdominal area and gradually after bleeding started she miscarried naturally again within 6-8weeks. Since then she’s feeling pain in her right leg and pelvic region especially if exertion happens n is experiencing alot of weakness and fatigue.

Her Gp checked her for urine infection last week and it was negative. Ultrasounds were done after second miscarriage since the dr hd doubts for the presence of cysts bt was told that its all good.

The paint gets unbearable for her now but the medical system in London is not pretty much proactive and refused Ny further investigations ( they said only after3 miscarriages we do proper check up etc)

Pls suggest what this pain could be of & any tests she needs?
