Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriages

I hd a 6 weeks miscarriage last yr the doctor which did my d&c took blood test after 2 weeks n said ur toxoplasmosis gondaii result is weak positive bt I didnt go for any medication or treatment..I hd no idea wt is it cz my first pregnancy was quite smooth..later I went to my previous doctr she said 6 weeks pregnancy is nt a big thing some pregnancies r weak n cnt continue..after exact 1 yr I conieve again n week later I was 18 wks pregnant my water bag rapture n after 4 days I lost my baby.dr says I hv an infection in uterus dt results in leaking of amniotic fluid as the day my water leaked I had a high fever n body ache ..nw its 6 days I lost my son bt nw I eagerly want to get a proper treatment n concieve again ..plz guide me about nxt treatment wt shud I do
