I hv 5 month pregnancy loss on 6 aug 2019 ..my water bag rupture at 18wks n delivered my dead baby.. dr said its an infection because I hd fever when I ppromed. I also had a 6 wks miscarriage last yr. I hv done my torch profile test on my own as my doctors didnt guide me wt should I do they jst said that I should wait for nxt 6 mnth to concieve again .. I am attaching my torch test report ..kindly guide me wt should I do next wt kind of treatment or tests are needed..and can I hv a future full term healthy pregnancy.

dear i think u have cervical incompetence plus vaginal infection (bacterial vaginosis) tgat is causing these complications ... u need proper prenatal care and assessment .consult good gynaecologist and meanwhile take folic acid 5mg daily ...

though u seem to hv immunity against all but i think as u dont hv comparitive studyz u shud go fr anti virals since HSV IgG sum wt indicates recent or acute infection-i may b wrong as comparitive study isnt there...also for APLS ab...

Thanks your test are normal you start taking folic acid prior to pregnancy nd once pregnant take Duphaston nd possible cx cercelage at 14 wks nd also check vaginal infection after taking high vaginal swab
Dear ur lab report showing that u had rubella, HSV, CMV in past. But we can't say if u got them first time in pregnancy or before that. However if rubella occurs in pregnancy it causes early abortion. Other infections cause baby anomalies rather than death. There is really need to rule out other causes of early rupture of membranes and dead baby. For this u need to visit nearby gynaecologist through Marham management.

Ur next pregnancy need to be supervised throughout by obstetrician, which many involve certain interventions.
Dear worried pt, i can understand ur feelings..ur reports are normal.. As u said u had prev 6 wks miscarriage also.. Rule out diabetes,thyroid dysfuction and Apls antibodies test. Plz optimize your all queries before planning next preg.

Thnx fr guidance.. I hv a 4.5 yrs old son and had a healthy pregnancy wth him. Then after 2 recurrent miscarriages I am scared if I will ever have a healthy baby .
