Talk to Gynecologist on Miscarriages

I m married from 1.5year.first two were weak beta hcg pregnancy and nothing showed on ultrasound at time of bleeding started at 7 weeks. So no medication or dnc occured as nothing was shown on ultrasound when i bleed. I m worried, during my second miscarriage my beta hcg was slow rising and bleeding occured at 7 weeks my utrus was also cleared at this time also. So my gynecologist becomes doubty about ectopic pregnancy she asked me to repeat beta hcg level. My beta hcg started to drop becomes to 62. I m so worried was that ectopic pregnancy or Chemical pregnancy? After that pregnancy i had only gestational sac pregnancy that also ended in miscarriage at 7 weeks wd dnc. Plz mjy btaen ky meri dusre pregnancy ectopic to ni th bcz meny koi medicine kuch ni lia th hcg drop hogy th wd bleeding. Ky agr ye ectopic th to koi tension ki bt to ni? Plz make my mind clear
