Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Miscarriage
Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, LAHORE
I am 9 weeks pregnant and I had a baby boy in nov 2019. This is my second pregnancy. I had one epi of bleeding at night on 7 oct and afterwards just periods cramps with no bleeding then I went to emergency and had a scan. Report showed growth has stoped at 6 weeks and no heartbeat. Now I havebeen bleeding since yesterday. I went to my doctor she gave me transmin and duphaston and we will wait for 1 week. My previous baby had slow growth and was behind 2.5 weeks from lmp date So I am hoping maybe this is the case again. Baby is behind. Is there any hope?? Bleeding is not heavy not staining pad I just have bleeding when I go to washroom. I have passed one large clot too yesterday. Having periods cramps constantly. Please guide me about my situation and will meds play any role here??
AOA. if you are having constant pains. chances are less that this pregnancy will continue. can you plz share your ultrasound report?
medicine are help ful only in threatend miscarriage. but not in missed and inevitable miscarriages

report doesn't show that u missed your pregnancy.
you hav to wait for a week.
if CRL measure 6 mm and FCA not appreciated . then it will b labeled missed miscarriage.
if you feel bleeding is heavy..you should go to Er for further management
yes you can take panadol and tab spasfon for pain. but if pain is of that much intensity. I advised you to visit Gynaecologist. to rule out incomplete miscarriage
