Talk to Gynecologist on Missed Period

I had my last period on 24th December. I have never been this late on my period. My cycle is usually 4-5 days late and I have a history of 10 days late period once in a year.

Im a mother of 4yr old and we started planning our next right this month. I did a home pregnancy test twice and it was negative. I have PCOS and Hypothyroidism. So i thought maybe my hormones arent in place. Got my FSH, LH, prolac, TSH test done today and attached is my report. Kindly guide if there’s any issue (the report appears fine to me but of course an expert would tell the details) If the report is fine, what should I do? If not, please guide. Is it possible to have a false negative home preg test despite following all requirements?. I never ever skipped period before.
