Maybe due to hormone disturbances as you were feeding your baby. Visit gynaecologist if problem persists next month

They can be a little irregular as u stopped lactation , just wait and see . As long as they r coming monthly , don’t worry about the flow

- Wellcome and thanks for preffering Marham for your health Consultation.
- Dear breast feeding can delay/ disturb periods due to hormones secretion necessary for milk production and Ejection .as soon as feeding stops these hormones also gradually show reduction .
-u have taken Externally induced hormones as well that gave u with drawal bleed last Month .
- so externally induced and internally produced hormonal imbalance giving u this effect what u have .
- have condoms for Contraceptives purpose if want to protect from Conception but avoid further hormones .
- give body some time to regain normal hormonal levels after lactation to have regular periods .

- take milk and calcium with vit D .
- daily walk and Exercise .
