Talk to Gynecologist on Not Able To Concieve

Dear Doctors,

I have been trying to get pregnant since last 6 months but its not happening. I had a very regular and painless cycle of 28 days all my life, but ever since i started trying for a baby, my cycle has become very irregular (since 6 months). Sharing with you my latest hormonal report, kindly have a look and guide. Does my high FSH and normal LH means im infertile or about to get pre mature ovarian failure? I need to know how can this happen to me so soon in just 6 months when i has a perfect cycle all my life. Please let m know what my reports suggest and also if this issue can be fixed?
