Asking for Self, Female, 25 years old, karachi
its been 10 months now...happily married Everything is fine in me. last month i took ultrasound on cycle day 12 .Dr said that its normal but why am not concieve ?my mom suggest me to go for Hcg injections ...its worth it or riski ?

-Dear it's just 10 months, u do take some tips,precautions and if not successful then treatment.
-have Folic acid daily 5 mgs.
-have Balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-have Sex in fertile period of cycle.
-have Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-can have treatment if periods not regular.
-Medications should be taken after advice From Doctor after Detailed discussion on history, Examination and investigations. No need to have injections Now.

Get husband semen analysis.
For you get ur serum progesterone level done on day 21 of ur menstrual cycle. Then inform me these reports. Will decide further management accordingly. Mean while keep on daily Tab Myfol. Try to conceive naturally without use of any drugs yet. Also share ur ultrasound report that done recently.
