Talk to Gynecologist on Numbness

salam everyone i got pregnant last year its my first child throughout the pregnancy (from 2nd trimester) i felt numbness in my whole body suddenly in which i cant move a single part of my body until and unless someone doesn't give me hard massage or sponge me well, i felt pain in different parts of my bpdy i thought it was maybe because of pregnancy but after delivery (4 june 2020) to now i feel much worst ,, suddenly i got headache amd my whole body got numb, from last 3 months im in pain 24 hours my head feels heavy,, all my joints are in pain after delivery,, when my body got numb i feel like if i dont move it ill die so i try to move it but at that moment my body starts shiver. can anybody suggest which department i should cpnsult?
