This month, I received early periods like on 23rd day of cycle (normally i have on 28-29 - 34cycle)

Got the ultrasound done - found 4cm.cyst in right ovary. The reason of this ultrasound was continuously bleeding that didnt stop even on 10th day.

Repeated ultrasound (found complex cyst in right ovary with multiple echoes). bleeding stopped after 17 days but have severe cramps Cramps location (right ovary side, going towards right side and lower back, sometimes on left side as well with overall pelvic pain like before periods). Increased belly size bhcg (negative). Tsh also done in april (negative). I started ocps (diane 35). As per dr prescription. But not satisfied because the serverty of pain and cramps is so high. Feels like sharp pain, pinches
