Aslam o alaikum My one of dr czn recommend me this tablet for me (Pregnafix) ,i am having pain on left side abdominal bearable pain i have cyst in my left ovary other ovary is clea and i want to conceive. Should i get pregnant with one cyst? And why i have pain? What is the purpose of this tablet ?
