Talk to Gynecologist on Ovulation Days
Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, North Nazimabad
Can any doctor can explain me about my ovulation day ? As everyone in common have different perspective as my friend says that the ovulation day is just after your period is over that's your peak ovulation phase and than the 2nd phase is one week before the period is going to start ? Is that true ? As my currently menstrual cycle date is 12 August and my periods will be over on 18 August. As i am trying to conceive.

salaam. one way of calculating ovulation day is 14 days before the next expected periods Ovulation can be checked with ultrasound.

dear your ovalutory phase is day 14 in 28days of menstrual cycle
ovulation day is usually from 12 to 14 day of first day of last menstrual period,

Thanks you consider 12 August as first day nd count from that day till 14 day from day 12 to day 14 is ovulation period you can have intercorse during that period or you can check with ovulation kit
