My sister had her anomaly scan and following are the reports. Now I want to ask what should be next step Either terminating the pregnancy or not ? And if this child is born what problems will she face ? What disabilities specifically ?

Already Got it done from two of the best places in Karachi.
Then u should visit a qualified gynecologist at her clinic, show her the report and discuss with her.... She will guide you better...

please go for ultrasound fron radiologist and then with that report decision will be taken by gynacologist
it is neural tube defect but compatible with life depending upon other anomely the descion of termination will be made
