Pain In Stitches

Question

Hi! I have pain in my stitches after C-sec (Had on march 14) M not taking rest as its my 2nd baby n my toddler cant make me rest. I have severe pain in stitches specially left side. Is it normal? My Dr is out of city. I am not taking any multivitamins. Liftng weight too. Plz guide.

Thanks if you did not take rest nd lifting waght not taking you vitamins that is why you are having pain in scar you need to take rest nd avoid heavy work improve your diet take vitamins nd pain killer

You had surgery so you need to take care and have rest and avoid lifting weights for at least 6 weeks. Also get your stitches checked by doctor to rule out infection.

better to take rest aa much aa you can .continue to take your multivitamin avoid weight lifting as your body is still in process of healing .
