Talk to Gynecologist on Pain Near Belly Button

first pregnancy..its 29+ weeks going..my pregnancy is going smooth MashAllah..but from 3 to 4 days I am feeling pain near bellybutton..its only on right side specific spot..I do ultrasound my dr said pain is due to the head of the baby..but I feel to much pain on rright side of bellybutton is it normal in pregnancy ?
