Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos

Salam drs. I need your advices I am 33 years old and married since 5 years and I have a son mashAllah who is 4.3 years old mashAllah the question is that now I want to concieve again but I am not conceiving I had my regular periods uptill 7 March than I had periods on 26 may and than had periods on 30th July after taking medicine just n and than had periods on 24th Sept but lil bit light than had spotting type period on 16th oct. I am taking myofolic inositol sachet from 2.5 months but still I have not concieved I have changed my life style too doing walk as well... and avoiding cold drink and junk as much as I can...my height is 5.5 and my weight was 63.5 and after changing lifestyle my weight reduces to 55.. pls suggest how can I conceive again and whats my problem.
