1 year married, trying to conceive, hormones test, day 2 fsh , 6.2 lh, 14. 2 tsh, 5.0 Prolactin , 14. 6 testosterone, 45.5 ng/dl amh 4.5 ultrasound mn, pcos aya hai 1 month phly. ess sy phly kbhi report mn pcos nhi aya, mry koncy hormones normal range mn ni hain? jis ka treatment zaroori hai ess ka salutation Kia hai, Doctor bs contraceptive pills dy daity kia yehi ess ka ilaj hai. Please guide me

better to book consultation for detailed discussion..By contraceptive pills and we can treat PCOs but without giving them ovulation induction can be done by drugs and conception can be attempted
ur fsh:lh ratio is disturbed,that is suggestive of PCOS,which is confirmed on ultrasound as u told,,so if menstral cycle is reguler now we can go for ovulation induction after husband seman analysis,,but for all that u hve to visit for proper checkup,thanks

cycle is not regular, before 1 months just diagnosed with PCOS. before 4 months clomid cycle failed. semen reports we did now. total sperm cn 25ml 108 per education motility 58% active 10% sluggish 60% pus cells 1-2,
i already took ovulation induction medicines 4 times before my periods was 35'38 days now 65 days...
