After doing ketogenic diet. I lost few kgs . My weight was 82kgs and now I’m 66kgs Alhumdulillah. I’m still doing keto diet.
And my periods got regular after weight loss.
I want to ask you , can I take folic acid daily ? Will it help me to conceive ? If yes then how much mg??
