I have pcos. Want to conceive. Attached are my reports. Kindly advice and help what should i do to increase fertility and help in conceiving.
Thanks for sharing ur concern. Can u tell more about ur problem ? Irregular or delayed periods ? facial hair or acne ? any treatments taken ? over weight ? The reports are ok but u didn’t do ur free testosterone level. More history would be required to guide u further

Irregular periods. Mostly comes in 3,4 months with the use of pill(primulout n for 5 days). I have been on inofolic and diane 35 from last 6 months(stopped diane35 now). No acne. Have facial hair problem. I m obese with weight 93kg height 164cm. Taking glucophage 500mg, inositol500mg. Evening primrose oil, folic acid, coq10 200mg (supplements suggested by my fertility specialist)

Okay, you may book an appointment to consult in detail as the first best step for u is to loose weight as 5-7% of the total weight loss can regularise ur menses increases the chances of pregnancy.
along with the advised treatment u might need more treatment. but reduce weight primarily.. n continue this treatment for one two months at least.
