Talk to Gynecologist on Pelvic Pain

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Islamabad

I am 36 weeks pregnant. I have pelvic bone pain and pressure from last 4 5 weeks. But from last night I'm having severe pain and pressure in lower abdomen with strong baby movements and back pain. I had my last scan 2 days ago and doc said baby head is down but not fixed yet and pressure in pelvic is normal. I didn't have any report of ultrasound except the one held on 33 weeks growth scan. I'm here in UAE and going to doctor after 2 days is quite difficult for me. Please tell me if anything serious or its just normal.

Hi
Take 2 tab panadaol and increase fluid intake and also take rest, at 36 wks baby engage in pelvic bone therefore dull continues pain in lower abdomen and backache. If you have history of high B. P then look for any vaginal bleeding and pains are regular in interval and increased in frequency than report in hospital. Because at this gestation false labour pains also started which settled on take anelgesic and rest but true labour pains not stop
