Talk to Gynecologist on Period Irregularity

I m a 33 year old married female...with history of pcos but regular periods since more than a decade now This month I took primulat N to stop my periods so that I don’t miss last ashra of ramzan,the second day of the medicine, I got blood clots in my urine(I stopped taking the medicine then)but nothing after that,no blood in sanitary pad or urine,I have waited for a day and a half but nothing,not even a spot of blood,now on the end of the second day of waiting had a minute amount of blood(almost non existing) on sanitary bad n dry blood particles in urine...what could be the reason??
