Talk to Gynecologist on Period Issue

Assalam o Alikum 

I have a period issue.

Every month during periods the bleeding is to short almost for 3 4 days. The last month date is 31 april But this month it will be started on 1 may and still it continued to bleed. Normal bleeding was ended on 4th may but still when i go to washroom some drops are coming. This time when bleeding was started i have a pain in left side of ovary and goes to the middle side and also i face back pain. When i drink hot things like coffee n tea the pain become slow and sometime ended. On 5 may i have taken bascopan tablet the pain is ended but my periods not ended it comes in dots when i go to washroom.  Normally my periods was ended in 3 days and 4th and 5th day dots are started but this time situation is change i cant understand today 7 days ago the starting of periods and still bleeding in dots. Is there any issue what can i do?
