Periods

Question

I am having spotting since 24 day of my cycle but no proper periods as today is 36th day . I visited my doctor I am not pregnant nor have any other big issue. little pcos has been found.. like one follicle in right ovary is 0.50 cm . Doc gave primolut tablets 2+2+2 for 5 days and she said u will expect periods after these days .. and said if periods comes between with heavy blood flow stop taking it .. please guide me it is safe .. my periods will become regular?

Primolut is to bring bleeding / periods in this cycle. it's not to make the periods regular.
Have blood test for pregnancy (serum Beta HCG ). If test is negative then take Tab. Primolut as advised by your doctor. You will get bleeding 2 to 3 days after finishing course of Primolut.
If the same problem occurs again then you will need work up ( tests for Hormones)

it depends wt kind of issue u actually whether its DUB or PCO...both carry different scenerios and multiple drug regimes...u better take second opinion fr ur problem...
