better consult an OBG who can take ur complete history,do examination and invx-and hence come to the conclusion so tht exact treatment can b prescribed...
now abnormal uterine bldg can b due to hormonal issues.there cud b other reasons as well like polyp,ectropion,increased endometrial thickness,fibroids etc-each of the cause hs its own treatment...
hope u understand the limitations of online consultations...

I am 27 years old and have 2 childern last one age is 5 .6/12 ...my problem is i have periods problem blood come in clots first three days..and last period i notice tiny worm type substances in my bleeding which are alive ...kindly suggest what can i do and periods b irregular hai mean it should b one week late
