Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Irregular

my 2nd baby was aborted 26 february it was bleeding for one week.after that till today 17 april there are no bleeding.but yesterday I saw a brownish thick liquid and some brown discharge .but now no any brown discharge appearing and no bleeding .I take gynaecosid one tablet today .plz guide me after how many days menses appears???

and in how much quantity I take this medicine .I have checked pregnancy test which is negative .I have no baby till yet I have my two missed abortion of two months
