Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Issue

I am 24 years old married female. I had my first baby with c-section last year in july. I had issue in conciving. Form last few months I am noticing that whenever I get my periods, bleeding is very less. I usually require 2 or 3 pads which is not stained completely and in the form of jell or clots, days of periods are fetting less too. I am very worried about it. My husband is aboard so I had no sexual relation since last 7 months. My cycle length varies every month. I have been getting knee pain since when I am facing this issue. My knees do not get bent easily and looks swollen. My weight is stuck too. I'll be really grateful for a good consult
