It's my period cycle day 2.i am having extreme pain around my belly button and lower abdomen. It's almost 24 hrs that the pain is there. Flow is heavy too with clots. What's the reason for this pain. It has never happened before.

Dear as u r 29yrs old, must have been having normal cycles before. This cycle could be accompanied by some pelvic problem, that needs to be evaluated properly by visiting gynaecologist. However for pain relief now medication have been advised to u already. If bleeding and pain doesn't settle, we are here through Marham management to relieve ur problem after aeessment. tc
