Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem

I had an abortion on 22 of april with medicine as there was no growth of baby.after 9 to 10 days i get back to normal life. Now on 13 of may mujhe red discharge howa jo mujhe periods lage bohat kam jase periods end hone pe hote wase it been 4th day now. Na wo spotting kam ho ri hai na periods ki samjh aa ri hai k hai kia ye. Kindly guide me asap as i am so much worried about this k ye kia hai or abhi periods cycle bhi pora nahi howa tha phr asa q.
