Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem

AOA dear drs . Dr I'm a married female with one kid born via c-sec.. my kid is 2.7 years.. Alhamdu lillah I have never faced any problem regarding the periods cycle except for infection for which I have taken medicines several times .. each month my periods comes regularly an the same date or a day or two before date but never ever late except first pregnancy though blood flow is very less but is regular.. now the problem is that last month my date was 6th may, now it's two days above but no periods still, had home pregnancy strip test last night which came out to be negative too.. so please what can be the cause now? And what to do? As we are planning for the next baby too...and I have no symptoms except for the legs cramps... Please answer dear drs...
