Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Problem

Hello, I’m 20. Single. Weight 45kg. Height 5’1. I got my period on 1st of April last time. And I had pre period pain about 10 days before starting the period which was unusual for me.(usually pre pain is 6 days). This time also felt pain before 10 days but my expected period date is passed And pimples started to appear on my forehead.The pain is also gone. What does this mean? Is it some serious issue?

I also have access hair on full body even on the face. I’m so sick of this problem. Please let me know what should I do?
