i want to get suggestion regarding my wife, her periods starts with heavy bleeding and pain from 28-May-21 and after 4 days of heavy bleeding from today 01-June-21 heavy bleeding with clots starts, kindly suggest and advise me what is the reason for this heavy bleeding with clots.
