Talk to Gynecologist on Postpartum Bleeding

I delivered on 24 th October via csec 2nd baby, and still bleeding till today. I visited my gyne hot tvs and cbc done but everything is clear and no such findings. Doctor gave me medicine to stop bleeding name tranexamic 500 3 times a day. I took it but bleeding didnt stop. Yesterday i didnt bleed for whole day so i took shower and had intercourse, but started to bleed again after intercourse. I m very fedup because of continuous periods The amount of blood is less, its not spotting but bleeding in less amount At the third day of my csec i got rubella vaccine along with a contraceptive hormonal injection that last for three months. I have appointment after a week Plz guide if i am ok or not? What to do to stop bleeding now its really frustrating
