Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Lahore

I delivered healthy twins on 17th July and had PPIUCD (copper T) inserted.had continuous spotting/bleeding till 8 weeks which stopped after taking transamin and ponston forte.my LMP is now 19 sep,a bit heavy flow for 7 days.now I am again facing spotting off and on.previously my cycle was regular 7 days with normal flow.copper T is in place,I had scan. What should be the remedy for this irregular cycle.should I get copper T removed?or any medical treatment would do?

Please consult gynaecologist. You may need hormonal medication to regulate the cycle.
