M 12 week pragnant n I had high bp 155/95 last night i had taken aldomet 250 mg but i m feeling headache now even i had taken medicine what to do n what should i not to eat n what to eat..
what is ur bp rite now do you have any history of hypertension prior to pregnancy
get ur scan done .serum creatinine and take Aldo met if ur bp us above 150 /90 and plus. start tan.ascard 75 mg daily + calcium suoplements
u can eat healthy diet with salt also but do not put r sprinkle salt over any food
