Any abnormal bleeding or discharge? What is the nature of pain Does it radiates into the hip or leg, is it constant, or comes and goes, does it get relieved by lying down ? does it increases during the course of day. ?Don’t lift heavy weight. And don’t do any work in Squatting position, try to sit straight on chair , and try to rest

Some times aftr lying down i feels more pain
No pain during intrcourse .even hv twice or three time a week..
I pick my daughter many a time she is 15kg
I evn donot do much work..
M on visit to dubai in my brother in law house my husbnd do job here n flights are suspnded so i cant go bk to pk .. here is medicl much expnsive thats why i do not visit to dr here
