Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

Aoa, I wanted to have a look at my early pregnancy TVS report. Looking larger at early pregnancy I was feeling to have multiple fetus but the report is in favour of single CRL but with unexplained fetal poles. Is there any chance of twin as if sonographer missed it because radiologist male doctor was on computer and non doctor lady was the sonographer.
