Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I had a first visit to my doctor yesterday and she asked me to get Ultrasound FWB done after a week to check the heart beat. But then I told her that I was having several vomitings per day, for that she asked me to get this ultrasound done in urgent basis to see if there was having a chance of twins or not. I got it done then and there. But I forgot to ask her if the same ultrasound FWB is needed to be done after a week or not as she recommended me earlier. Kindly tell me what should I do. Thank you.
