-as u said fetal pole not visualized then it need Detailed Evaluation
-high beta hcg with out fetal pole in scan need urgent detailed evaluation and intervention accordingly.
-Discuss your history with experienced Sonologist to have proper scan report.
-follow with scan report as urgent to treating doctor who can examine u and can take intervention if needed.
