Asking for Self, Female, 35 years old, North nazimabad
I m 33 weeks pregnant now.Lmp is 8th oct.i had scan on 22th may which shows 30 weeks pregnancy instead of 32 weeks acc to LMP.fetal weight was 1.75kg. Placenta low lying reaching os Baby was in transverse position at the time of scan. Is there any chance to have normal delivery instead of ceasrean

firstly is placenta anterior or posterior?anterior low lying placenta gives u space for attempting on normal labour...
now v come to transverse position...do u hv any fibroids in ur uterus or anything wch is obstructing the lower uterine segmaent?baby is not tht big tht hes not settling down...how about liquor(fluid)around ur baby?if its normal then u can do knee chest position wch u can c the method on you tube...but dont push urself too much...go to the extent where u feel comfortable...(you ll understand wt i m saying after u watch the video on you tube)...
baby is lagging two weeks behind his actual pregnancy age...its ok becoz weight is normal...this type of discrepency also arises depending on ur USG operator too...

do one bio physical profile wch is an ultrasound at 36 weeks for estimated fetal birth weight,AFI,presence of nuchal cord etc...keep in touch...and all the best...

Thanks baby may be IUGR not gaing wait may due to placental insufficiency if baby is in transverse position nd placenta not going up (placenta previa) you will go for cs no way for vaginal delivery

Salam.i had scan yesterday which shows again the same low lying posterior placenta reaching OS.baby is 2.3 kg nd was in oblique position at scan tym.AFI is adequate.scan shows 33 weeks 4 days.acc to LMP is 35 weeks.my doc planned ELCSC.how to increase baby weight till then?

Placenta is posterior reaching os.AFI is adequate 12 cm.my previous pregnancy was of placenta previa 5 years before.no fibroids in uterus.
