Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

Hi I had a blighted ovum in in 2017 which ended in MVA in March. Then I conceived in August 2017 had spotting and bleeding the entire pregnancy had gravibinan injections and cyclogest and ended up having a c section due to fetal distress in may 2018. Alhamdulillah was blessed with a daughther now she is almost 22 months old and I got a positive test on home pregnancy test my lmp is 27 February now I just wanted to ask should I go to any doctor in this covid 19 situation or not. Ps. I had to take ascard throughout my first pregnancy and had to take ascard two months before I planned this one.
