Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

A.o.a, I am 28 years old female, married since 5 years and already have a boy aged 3 years. Before my first baby, I had miscarriage in 3rd month because of no fetal pole. Now today I have tested through home pregnancy test and it came positive. I was trying since 4 months but now I don't know how to consult a doctar due to this situation.. kindly guide me about medication as I had taken duphaston during my second pregnancy.. now what to do? Kindly guide.. I am scared as I have a history of miscarriage. And also guide me about fasting.. regards

W. Salaam. Please take Tab Q-Folic once daily it will help in good fetal growth. No need to take duphastan as 1st miscarriage was not due to hormonal or uterine cause. Only folic acid is enough. If you experience any bleeding or pain then only start duphastan.
