my ent prescribe me this...as em 25 week pregnant and nose bleed issue was not resolved my platelets reprt normal...first i was taking Transmine acid 500mg....now this....can i take this....safe for baby?? plz guide me
At 25 weeks you can take antibiotics but there is less evidence on safety of moxifloxacin.. What is your ENT problem... Plz elaborate

Yes spray can be used at time of nasal bleed till you contact your doctor, otherwise in pregnancy regular use of spray not recommended
