Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy

salam doctors, My age is 23, Married, period cycle is regular.My last periods had on 3 sep. i want to conceive which i can't due to some reasons .Now I'm using medicine (Ova Boster+Meteor 500mg) for pregnancy prescribed by gynaecologist. But after 5 days of using this medicine my monthly cycle again starts on 23 sep .is this any type of side effect of these medicines ??? Have i continue these medicines or not ??? And plz suggest me what shoud i do for getting pregnant..??
